To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Front Office Department.

Reporting to the Communication Services Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Responsibilities

  • Answers all incoming calls through the PABX switchboard.
  • Handle all guest requests.
  • Process Wake Up calls.
  • Process messages for guests.
  • Process F&B reservations and restaurant enquiries.
  • Generate room service orders.
  • Report fault to Vendors to maintain our in-house system (NGB/STARHUB/NEC/SINGTEL).
  • Maintain and keep record of all equipment and phones.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
  • Attentive to details. Service oriented and a team player.
  • Conversant in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in OPERA will be added advantage.
