Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct proactive outbound Telesales activities to acquire renewal customers for general insurance - Motor Insurance.
  2. Manage customer queries promptly, ensuring high service standards and compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Respond to customer queries professionally and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers’ needs in phone, email and chat.
  4. Work independently and engage proactively with stakeholders to meet Telesales call conversion targets.
  5. Required to work outstation.
  6. Perform any other ad-hoc roles assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • GCE O-Level/Diploma or equivalent.
  • General Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, CommGI) required.
  • At least 2 years of Telesales experience, ideally in personal lines general insurance products.
  • Strong motivation, negotiation, and consultative t\Telesales skills leading to high lead conversion.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
