We are expanding our dynamic Business Development team and are looking for driven Telesales to help us reach new heights!

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls (database provided) to potential business clients to introduce OOm’s digital marketing solutions

  • Qualify leads based on client needs and set up appointments for our Business Managers

  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead and call information

  • Assist in achieving weekly/monthly appointment targets

  • Represent the brand professionally and with enthusiasm in every conversation

  • Any ad-hoc duties tasked by Inside Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales is preferred (Fresh grads welcome too!)

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Confident, energetic, and self-motivated

  • Able to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude

  • Team player with a proactive and responsible approach to work

  • Comfortable working with performance targets

  • Experience in B2B Calling/Media Selling/Consultative Sales/Digital Marketing would be an advantage
