Job description

Job Description:

  • Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;

  • Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;

  • Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;

  • Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;

  • Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;

  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements:

  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills

  • Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft office and able to mulit-task to efficiently reply to enquiries; Meticulous in documentation and fulfillment work

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma;

  • Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be preferred;

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry will be advantageous;

  • Singaporeans only
