Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce ourIT solutions and services.
- Identify potential customer needs and create interest in our offerings.
- Schedule appointments for the direct sales team to meet with prospectiveclients.
- Promote and secure attendance for solution center tours to demonstrate ourproducts value.
- Build rapport with customers, effectively handling objections and inquiries.
- Communicate product benefits and features to prospects with confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointment status, andfollow-ups.
- Ensure customer data is up-to-date and organized for effective follow-through.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment withcampaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to support continuous
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs for call volume, appointments set, and solutioncenter attendance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in IT productsor solutions.
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle objections professionally andconfidently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications an advantage
- Basic understanding of IT products and solutions is preferred; product training will be provided.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
