Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce ourIT solutions and services.
  • Identify potential customer needs and create interest in our offerings.
  • Schedule appointments for the direct sales team to meet with prospectiveclients.
  • Promote and secure attendance for solution center tours to demonstrate ourproducts value.
  • Build rapport with customers, effectively handling objections and inquiries.
  • Communicate product benefits and features to prospects with confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointment status, andfollow-ups.
  • Ensure customer data is up-to-date and organized for effective follow-through.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment withcampaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to support continuous
  • Meet or exceed individual KPIs for call volume, appointments set, and solutioncenter attendance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in IT productsor solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to handle objections professionally andconfidently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications an advantage
  • Basic understanding of IT products and solutions is preferred; product training will be provided.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
