About the Role

Responsible for performing outbound calls to customers for cross-sell targets.

What you will do:

1. Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales targets.
2. Understand the needs of customers and recommend suitable products.
3. Convert leads provided by partners into sales through telemarketing activities.
4. Ensure call activities are conducted in full adherence to regulations and quality standards.

What we require:

1. Obtained a minimum of 'O' Level or higher.
2. Possess at least 1 year of prior Call Centre and/or Telemarketing/Telesales experience within the Financial Industry.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
