Part-Time Telemarketer – Real Estate Industry

Location: Singapore (Remote/Home-Based)

Only for Singaporean

Hours: Flexible (Minimum 3–4 hours/day, at least 5 days/week)

Pay: $10–$12/hour + Attractive Incentives

We are a dynamic and growing real estate team looking for a responsible, enthusiastic Part-Time Telemarketer to join us!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Make outbound calls to potential clients (scripts provided)

Book appointments

Follow up with leads and update call logs

Share basic information about property (Information provided)

Send follow-up messages

No hard selling involved, just clear, confident communication!

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Speak fluent English (bonus if you know other local languages)

Are confident and comfortable on the phone

Have a quiet home environment suitable for calls

Are familiar with WhatsApp, Excel, and basic CRM tools

Can commit to working at least 5 days a week, with flexibility to rotate between the following shifts:

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Have past experience in sales or telemarketing (preferred)

Real estate knowledge is a bonus

Are reliable, self-motivated, and enjoy talking to people
