Telemarketer/ DCC Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for answering and diverting all inbound calls from dealers (including inbound calls from showrooms and 200 calls)
2. Professionally answer inbound inquiries and record qualified lead data
3. Aggregate and collect the lead data collected by online marketing specialists
4. Calling online leads to verify their purchase time and basic information
5. Promptly reply to IM chatting list of pendant media
6. Transfer the lead level judgment to the experience partner to invite to the store
7. Count daily showroom calls and 400 calls, analyze the number and quality of incoming leads, and generate statistical reports to send to department managers
8. Analyze the information accuracy and connection rate of each network channel, and form reports
9. Statistics and analysis of lead quantity and quality
