Responsibilities

• Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our wellness services. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable treatments/packages. Set appointments for consultations or trials at our outlets. Follow up with prospects to convert them into paying customers.
• Customer Engagement & Sales: Provide professional and engaging explanations of services. Address inquiries, handle objections, and offer promotional incentives. Maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Tracking & Reporting: Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses. Provide daily/weekly reports on lead conversion and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in wellness, beauty, or healthcare).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
• Sales-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Basic knowledge of wellness and beauty services is a plus.
• Fluent in [Languages Required, e.g., English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil].
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome! Training will be provided.
