Your Role:
As a Telemarketer, your main role is to connect with potential clients, introduce our financial solutions, and secure appointments for our consultants. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from our database
• Introduce and explain financial planning services in a clear, engaging manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments for our financial consultants
• Record call outcomes and update CRM systems accurately
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and bookings

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or appointment setting preferred
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Professional, friendly, and confident phone manner
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Familiarity with financial services is a plus
