- Position Title: Telemarketer / Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5 working days (Mon to Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products or services.
- Answer questions and address objections to persuade prospects of the value of the company’s offerings.
- Gather and record customer information for appointment setting and future follow-up.
- Document the outcome of calls, including sales made or interest declined, in a detailed manner.
- Arrange meetings for sales representatives with interested clients.
- Perform market surveys over the phone to collect data that can influence sales strategies.
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and ongoing promotions to communicate effectively to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed targets for call volumes and sales.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in Telemarketing, Sales, or a Customer Support role would be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to engage clients over the phone with excellent communication skills.
- Resilience to handle rejection and persevere with the sales process.
