Job description
1. Outbound Calling
- Calling potential or existing customers from a provided list (cold calling or warm leads).
- Promoting Services.
- Setting appointments or generating sales leads.
2. Inbound Calling
- Handling calls from customers responding to ads, emails, or previous contact.
- Providing information and assisting with product/service queries.
3. Sales & Lead Generation
- Explaining service features and benefits.
- Recording customer details and outcomes of each call in a CRM system.
4. Customer Service
- Answering questions, resolving complaints, or forwarding them to the right department.
- Following up on previous calls or inquiries.
5. Data Entry & Reporting
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes.
- Reporting daily/weekly results to supervisors.
Skills Needed
- Strong verbal communication
- Active listening
- Sales or persuasion techniques
- Basic computer and typing skills
Full-time or part-time welcome.
