Salary: $2000 to $2200

Join our energetic and dynamic team as Telemarketeer. We welcome both entry-level candidates and experienced individuals who are passionate about communication, people, and achieving great results.

Positions Available:

• Full-Time Telemarketeers: Attractive salary with performance bonuses
• Attractive bonuses available if targets are met

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling and doing Cold Calling for Management
• Follow up on Cold Calling when clients return call
• Update Tracker sheets once appointment is scheduled
• Meeting individual KPIs set by the management team

Working Conditions:

• Working hours: 10am to 7pm
• No work-from-home
• Friendly and supportive work environment
• Two week notice period for resignation
• Immediate Termination if candidate is uncontactable or not able to perform for over a week
• Confirmation period: 3 months or based on KPI performance

Requirements:

• Recognised degree or local polytechnic diploma (preferred)
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage
• Able to communicate effectively; fluency in Chinese will be a plus (to liaise with Chinese-speaking candidates)
• Sociable, team-oriented, and results-driven
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
