Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle, process and record all inbound calls, responses, enquiries and customer interactions from various referral sources, social media platforms and direct call-ins for new patient appointment bookings.

  • Create a positive service experience and brand image to all customers.

  • Response and follow up promptly to all customer enquiries.

  • Send out appointment reminders and handle patients’ responses in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Prepare weekly activity reports.

  • Conduct follow-up calls with patients for retargeting.

  • Ability to convince and convert new patients to make new appointments with targets assigned.

  • Ability to handle and manage sales target assigned for calls.

  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in sales/telesales/telemarketing.

  • Customer-oriented with passion in serving customers.

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Independent player and is motivated to complete any task without much supervision.

  • Excellent telephone etiquette.

  • Experience in healthcare or service-related industries is an advantage.

  • Candidates with extensive experience and a proven track record may be considered for a managerial position.
