Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is looking for a meticulous and analytical professional with audit and compliance experience to review submissions, validate findings and support improvements to audit and validation processes.

This 12-month contract offers exposure to telecom regulatory frameworks and hands-on validation work. You will prepare detailed reports, coordinate with external parties, conduct onsite checks when required and contribute to strengthening audit guidance.

Qualifications

• Background in IT, Computer Science, Accountancy, Engineering or a related discipline; other qualifications may be considered with relevant experience.
• Prior experience in audit and compliance, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and ability to evaluate evidence objectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise reports and presentations.
• Comfortable liaising with external stakeholders and conducting onsite checks when required.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review audit submission reports to ensure completeness and achievement of performance milestones.
• Assess supporting evidence and validate compliance assessments and audit conclusions.
• Liaise with external parties to clarify findings and conduct onsite validation checks where required.
• Prepare validation worksheets, assessment reports and presentation materials with clear findings and recommendations.
• Monitor and verify remediation actions taken to address audit findings and non-compliances.
• Identify areas for improvement to strengthen audit guidance, frameworks and validation methodologies.
