Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manager, Audit and Compliance with a focus on reviewing findings and reports in the telecommunications industry.

The role involves working closely with external parties, conducting onsite validation checks, and contributing to the enhancement of audit frameworks. The position is a 1-year contract with a public agency, based in Singapore, with Mon - Fri office hours at Labrador Park.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy or Engineering with 5 years of audit and compliance experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and objective evaluation of evidence.
• Comfortable liaising with external stakeholders and conducting onsite checks when required.

Responsibilities

• Review external party submission reports to verify completeness of audit submissions and achievement of required milestones.
• Assess the adequacy and relevance of supporting evidence, and validate compliance assessments, findings, and conclusions.
• Liaise with external parties to clarify audit findings and conduct onsite checks to verify outcomes and milestones.
• Prepare validation worksheets, assessment reports, and presentation materials to support validation findings and recommendations.
• Monitor and verify remediation actions undertaken by external parties to address audit findings, gaps, and non-compliances.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancement of audit guidance, frameworks, validation methodologies, and resilience initiatives.
