Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Engineering Service Manager to oversee the delivery of high quality telecom services and manage engineering teams in Singapore. This role focuses on ensuring seamless service operations, driving customer satisfaction, and leading the implementation of advanced telecom solutions (e.g., 5G, IoT, fiber optics). You will collaborate with cross functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align service delivery with business goals and regulatory standards.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Agile methodologies are preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years in telecom engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in managing large scale telecom projects (e.g., 5G deployment, fiber network expansion).
Experience in vendor management and cross regional collaboration.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in telecom protocols (TCP/IP, MPLS, SIP) and network architectures (SDN, NFV).
Familiarity with tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, or network automation platforms.
Knowledge of Singapore’s telecom ecosystem and IMDA regulations.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision making abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is advantageous.
Customer centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service experiences.
