CHINA UNICOM (SINGAPORE) OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Transmission & Data to oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise telecommunications infrastructure.

You will coordinate between enterprise clients, sales teams, engineering divisions, and regional network vendors to ensure projects meet schedule, scope, and budget. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of technical project management or provisioning experience in telecom.
• Knowledge of carrier-grade transmission and data technologies (Optical Transmission/DWDM, OTN, Ethernet, IP/MPLS).
• Experience collaborating with regional carriers and cross-border network providers is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for transmission and data networking implementations.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Manage governance, scheduling, and budget tracking; mitigate risks of delays or overruns.
• Support pre-sales with feasibility reviews and scope alignment; keep CRM pipeline updated.
• Oversee provisioning workflows and maintain accurate technical documentation and SOPs.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, obtain acceptance sign-offs, and report progress to sponsors.
