Our new venture, Sri Yatra, focuses on making spiritual travel seamless. We create unique travel packages for sacred pilgrimages and rituals, connecting devotees with divine teachings and a vibrant community.

Role Overview:

We seek a results-driven Telesales Executive to join Sri Yatra. You will assist pilgrims in understanding their spiritual travel needs and convert their interest into bookings for our travel packages. If you are passionate about sales and helping people fulfill their spiritual aspirations, this role is ideal.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Sales: Convert warm leads into sales of spiritual travel packages.
  2. Customer Consultation: Call potential customers to explain our darshan & temple tour packages.
  3. Personalized Solutions: Understand customer needs and suggest suitable options and customizations.
  4. Process Adherence: Follow lead disposition processes meticulously to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in telesales with a strong sales record.
  • Language Fluency: Fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience in travel sales and knowledge of Hindu pilgrimage are advantageous. Fluency in other Indian languages is a plus.
