The Job
Convert leads provided by bank to sales through telemarketing
Handle customer enquiries with confidence
Correspond with customers through emails
Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfilment
Achieve sales target set out by business
Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
Highlight any potential concerns/ risks and proactively share best risk management practices
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma
Applicants with the Certificate in General Insurance/ BDP & PGI will be preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage for Mandarin-speaking customers
A good team player with ability to multitask and meets stringent service standards
Well organized and systematic in work
Keen to learn and positive work attitude
Proficient in Microsoft office and AS400
Meticulous in documentation and fulfillment work
High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
