Responsibilities
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer working for a system integrator, youwill be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance ofcomplex IT systems for diverse clients. Your key areas of responsibilitywill include:
System Design and Architecture
- Collaborate with clients to understand theirbusiness needs and technical requirements.
- Develop comprehensive infrastructure solutions,including network, storage, and compute resources.
- Create detailed design documents and architecturediagrams to guide implementation.
Implementation and Deployment
- Deploy and configure hardware and softwarecomponents based on the design specifications.
- Install and configure servers, storage systems,and networking equipment.
- Ensure that installations are completed on timeand within budget while meeting quality standards.
System Administration and Maintenance
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates toensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, andimplement corrective measures.
- Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans,and ensure data integrity.
Network Management
- Design and implement secure and efficient networkinfrastructures.
- Manage network configurations, includingfirewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Troubleshoot network issues and ensure minimaldowntime.
Security Management
- Implement and manage security measures to protectclient systems from threats.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerabilityassessments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant securitystandards and regulations.
Client Support and Collaboration
- Provide technical support and troubleshootingassistance to clients.
- Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure smoothintegration and operation of systems.
- Conduct training sessions and createdocumentation to support client IT staff.
Project Management
- Manage infrastructure projects from inception tocompletion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, andvendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain project documentation and report onprogress to stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma with Professional Certifications.
