Job summary

Smart IMS Inc in Singapore is recruiting a Technology Risk Analyst to support the Technology Risk & Application Governance function for a leading global bank. The role focuses on risk culture, governance, vulnerability remediation, and reporting to senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with regional application groups, GI Security, and process owners to streamline risk processes and ensure timely responses to governance requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting IT compliance, governance or risk projects.
• Familiar with MAS TRM, SOX, COBIT, ITIL frameworks.
• Strong documentation, tracking and coordination skills.
• Microsoft Office, SharePoint and project-tracking tools proficient.
• CISA or CISSP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foster risk culture Identify, Escalate, Debate risk culture.
• Develop and socialize risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive application governance including vulnerability remediation and continuity tracking.
• Manage senior stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Collaborate with regional application groups and enterprise process owners on governance and exceptions.
• Oversee quality assurance and GI security related Findings program.
• Promote risk culture within GCIBT and lead participation in technology risk activities.
