Job description

Who we are looking for

Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients. We're driving the company's digital transformation and expanding business capabilities using industry best practices and advanced technologies such as cloud, artificial intelligence, and robotics process automation. We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager to help maintain and mature our Technology Risk Management Programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT Risk, project management, and strong analytical skills.

What you will be responsible for

  • Perform gap analysis and compliance assessment to identify potential regulatory issues and to drive remediation planning to ensure compliance with APAC regulatory obligations
  • Perform comprehensive risk assessments by aggregating and analyzing risk and control data as well as engaging with technology subject matter experts
  • Provide technical analysis, testing, assessment, and project management support for various First Line of Defense programs
  • Support issue identification and facilitate audit/regulatory examinations
  • Support governance and oversight of remediation efforts for risk, control, and regulatory issues
  • Collaborate closely with Technology teams and risk and control stakeholders across the lines of defense, both globally and regionally
  • Stay updated on relevant policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
