Technology Pre-Sales Specialist

Salary: Start from $5000

Time: Mon - Fri, 8:30 am-6 pm

Location: MacPherson (500m walking distance to office)

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture:

1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions.
2. Develop and present technical proposals, including solution architectures, implementation plans, and cost estimates.

1. Provide in-depth technical support and consultancy to customers during the pre-sales phase.
2. Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical workshops.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products relevant to the company's offerings.

1. Primary technical point of contact for the Sales Team.
2. Act as the primary technical point of contact for potential clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
4. Address technical queries and objections effectively to advance the sales process.

1. Work closely with the sales, product management, and engineering teams to align on product capabilities and roadmap.
2. Provide feedback to product management and engineering based on client interactions and market trends.

1. Create and maintain detailed documentation for proposed solutions, including diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guides.
2. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, partners, and internal teams.

1. Conduct training sessions for sales teams to improve their technical understanding and sales effectiveness.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably with a focus on system integration.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions.

• Strong knowledge of system integration, networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with a wide range of technologies, such as cloud computing, virtualization, security, and data management.
• Proficiency in solution design tools and methodologies.

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Veeam, Nutanix, AWS) are highly desirable.
