Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Technology Manager to develop the enterprise tech roadmaps, advise executive leadership, and lead a high-performing IT team. You will design architecture, govern tech initiatives, and ensure secure, scalable infrastructure across Azure, Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft 365.

The role emphasizes cloud-first infra, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and modern IT governance to support business growth and AI-driven transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Hands-on management of Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure and Microsoft 365).
• Experience overseeing enterprise SaaS such as Salesforce.
• Strong cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity expertise.

As a Technology Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties :

• Develop and execute the enterprise technology roadmap to align with overall business strategy.

• Act as a trusted technology advisor to the CEO and senior management team.

• Design and maintain the enterprise technology architecture, ensuring seamless integration of new systems and technologies across the organization.

• Drive technology governance and promote best practices throughout the organization.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing infrastructure and operations team.

• Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring investments deliver measurable business value.

• Manage strategic technology vendors and service providers to maintain high service quality and value.

• Own and continuously enhance the organization's Microsoft Azure cloud environment.

• Ensure all infrastructure remains secure, resilient, and scalable.

• Oversee networking, identity management, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms.

• Lead disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning efforts.

• Develop and maintain the company's comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.

• Manage security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response processes.

• Drive organization-wide security awareness initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and security standards.

• Oversee enterprise platforms including Salesforce, SAP Business One, and Microsoft 365.

• Partner with the Head of Applications to enable secure and scalable integrations across internal and third-party platforms.

• Establish enterprise integration standards and maintain smooth data flows between business systems.

• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Drive the responsible adoption of AI, automation, and other emerging technologies across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of technology leadership experience.

• Proven track record leading enterprise infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.

• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure and Microsoft 365).

• Experienced in overseeing enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce.

• Solid experience in cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity management.
