Job Description:

As a Technology Lead, you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related to IBM Maximo. Your responsibilities include technical Solution Design, Development, Testing of Maximo 7.6/Maximo Application Suite (MAS), and implementing Utility, ACM, or other Maximo Addons or Industry solutions. You will provide technical consultation on application, integration, and reporting aspects of enterprise solutions for IBM Maximo implementations, aiming to deliver high-quality and value-adding solutions within Infosys policies and norms. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of formal education.
• At least 8 years of relevant Information Technology experience.

Preferred:

• Over 8 years of experience in Configuration & Integration, Support, and Maintenance of IBM Maximo v7.x/Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Hands-on experience with:
• Installing and setting up Maximo 7.6.x, applying fixes and patches.
• Building, deploying, and troubleshooting Maximo 7.6.x issues.
• Security management in Maximo 7.6.
• Deploying and troubleshooting Weblogic 12.2.1.3.
• Installing and configuring WebSphere Application Server 9.x on Linux RHEL 7.
• Deployment and troubleshooting on WebSphere and SSL/SSO configurations.
• Understanding of F5 Load balancer and IBM HTTP Server.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for work management.
• Application design, automation scripting using Python/Java, and complex Maximo configurations.
• Extensive experience with REST and JSON-based integration.
• Middleware integrations such as Mulesoft, SAP PI.
• Maximo migration, release, and deployment management activities.
• Data migration experience with Informatica and MIF framework.
• Data modeling for BI reporting and hands-on experience with BIRT.
• Expertise in Maximo Asset Management including solution design, development, and implementation.
• Knowledge of IBM Maximo EAM/APM capabilities and Maximo Integration Framework.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders, portfolio leads, business users, and client managers to understand requirements and problem statements.
• Leading supply planning processes, technical design, build, testing, and training. Documenting interface requirements.
• Collaborating with vendor partners to ensure best practices, standard functionality, scalability, and sustainability.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication may be via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per job needs.

Other Skills:

• Object-oriented programming skills in Java and C++.
• Deep knowledge of Java and related technologies.
• Experience with JSON, XML, XML parsers, and XSL.
• Experience in ETL, master data load, and data handling.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server databases, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
