Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a candidate to support the assessment and deployment of new technologies, coordinate data-related case reviews, and help implement process improvements that sharpen operations.

You will contribute to technology initiatives involving AI, automation, data analytics from assessment to deployment, research new technologies, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Prior experience in technology operations, digital transformation, policy work, or data analytics preferred.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or data analytics tools and concepts.
• Good analytical skills, with experience preparing reports, dashboards, or data analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment and deployment of technology initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Research and assess new technologies, tools, and approaches for business needs.
• Review processes to identify opportunities for simplification and automation; support implementation of improvements.
• Coordinate data-related case reviews and assessments; track cases from initiation to closure.
• Develop data analyses, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into technology developments and performance.

About the Role

You’ll support the assessment and deployment of new technologies, coordinate data-related case reviews, and help identify and implement process improvements that make operations sharper and more efficient.

What You Will Do

Technology Initiatives & Innovation

• Contribute to the development and implementation of technology initiatives involving AI, automation, data analytics, and other emerging technologies, from initial assessment and proof-of-concept through to deployment
• Research and assess new technologies, tools, and approaches relevant to business and operational needs

Process Improvement

• Review existing business and operational processes to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency improvements
• Support the implementation of process improvements using appropriate technology and digital tools

Data & Reporting

• Support the coordination and management of data-related case reviews and assessments, tracking cases from initiation through to closure
• Develop data analyses, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into emerging technology developments and operational performance

What We Are Looking For
