Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and configuring financial modules including FI - General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Banking, Tax, Asset Accounting (AA); CO - Costing, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Project Systems (PS), Settlements, etc.
  • Conduct workshops for requirement gathering related to FICO, update business blueprint, deliver test scripts for unit, integration testing, and UAT.
  • Prepare functional specifications for developers based on business requirements and coordinate with the development team for unit testing.
  • Handle functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
  • Create documentation as per deliverable lists, including configuration and training documents.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Support cutover activities, go-live, and post go-live support for issue resolution as per SLA.
  • Provide management with regular project updates, build trusting relationships, identify and manage project issues and risks early, and recommend risk responses.
  • Partner with various functional and technical teams within the SAP program.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Report on project status, issues, key activities, and changes to project scope.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to enhance KPMG's image.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience.
  • At least 1 full cycle SAP implementation experience.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to deliver results and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to develop and present ideas and proposals to all management levels.
