UMC in Singapore is expanding a new Fab, offering an internship in Technology Development Engineering to help build a strong foundation for your future in semiconductor technology.

You will gain hands-on experience through structured development, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge tools in a team-focused, growth-driven environment that empowers local talent.

• Understand and learn about the technology development processes
• Help and support improvement processes on existing and new project
• Project will involve in either RFSOI or BCD, or DEVICE area
• This internship offers hands-on experience in process engineering within a dynamic and innovative environment.
