Job description

Responsibilities

• Research novel device development through detailed TCAD process and device simulations.
• Develop, document, and calibrate TCAD simulation decks for various technologies in collaboration with the project team.
• Perform TCAD DOE and provide device tuning decks.
• Design device test keys and layout studies, and carry out electrical measurements (bench tests) and analyses to continuously improve device performance.
• Conduct experiments for device tuning to optimize performance while ensuring reliability.

Requirements

• Master's degree in EEE Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of device physics and solid device analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience with TCAD simulation and calibration methodologies.
• Experience with layout work is preferred.
