Job summary

Saksoft Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager in Singapore to lead complex PB technology projects. You will drive delivery governance, create roadmaps, manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in technology delivery, Temenos TAP platform expertise, and strong MS Project skills. You will collaborate with business and tech teams to align objectives with strategies and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in technology delivery management.
• Experience in Temenos TAP platform.
• Understanding of Project SDLC.
• Experience with MS Project software.
• Experience on Temenos Wealthsuite products such as oData, TAP Core is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support the delivery of Private Banking technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison and proxy for the PB GMET Development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with TAP platform stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure governance, reporting, and delivery management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Identify, assess, and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and their impact on outcomes.
• Coordinate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders for alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Lead project planning, status, and governance meetings, providing updates on progress and key decisions.
• Allocate and manage project resources to ensure optimal utilization and successful delivery.
• Assign and monitor project tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality.
• Track progress, manage changes in scope, and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation across stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and stakeholder engagement.
