Job description

Responsibilities (Text Only)

• Demonstrate the ability to articulate value propositions for the most strategic Microsoft products and services and use business, technology, and industry strategies to define customer/partner requirements and constraints.

• Demonstrate expertise in specific solutions or multiple products, features, or services, and drive opportunities to accelerate the adoption of Microsoft Cloud.

• Drive and support innovation focused on industry solutions and customer business outcomes on the Microsoft platform.

• Ensure solutions align with architecture intent, allowing for clear build test specifications and development of operations guides for the customer.

• Identify business and technical risks in programs, assess their impact, and propose mitigations and contingencies.

• Provide stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to prevent or resolve technical issues.

• Balance Configure-Before-Customize principles with the goal of maximizing customer/partner value, utilizing Microsoft core/baseline assets, people, products, and tools. Develop project plans covering the full project lifecycle, considering current and future business value, and define all technical dependencies.
