Position: Technology Assessment and Innovation Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned expert/consultant to help our client analyze, optimize, and modernize their technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have a forward-looking mindset, staying ahead of technology trends, including AI and emerging tools, to develop practical and innovative solutions for our client’s technology challenges.

Key Responsibilities

1. Comprehensive Technology Assessment
   1. Conduct an in-depth audit of the organization's existing technology stack across functions and teams.
   2. Evaluate the effectiveness, adoption, and utilization of current technology.
   3. Identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies in technology deployment.
2. Strategic Recommendations
   1. Provide a detailed assessment report of the current technology ecosystem.
   2. Propose actionable recommendations to optimize technology usage.
   3. Suggest modern, AI-driven tools and solutions tailored to organizational needs.
3. Technology Architecture
   1. Design a clear, updated technology architecture that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.
   2. Develop scalable and future-proof technology frameworks.
4. Adoption and Implementation Roadmap
   1. Create a comprehensive plan to implement recommended technology changes.
   2. Develop adoption strategy to ensure smooth integration and alignment with organizational processes.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
   1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand technology requirements and pain points.
   2. Communicate complex technical insights in a business-friendly manner to stakeholders.
   3. Ensure alignment of technology recommendations with business objectives.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology assessment, IT consulting, or technology strategy roles.
2. Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3. Expertise: Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, cloud computing, automation, and modern SaaS tools.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing technology architectures and conducting technology audits.
5. Industry Knowledge: Experience working with diverse industries, understanding varying technology needs and trends.
6. Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, communication abilities, stakeholder management and change management skills.

Preferred Attributes

1. Proven track record of successful technology optimization and adoption projects.
