Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills using structured methodologies.

They ensure reliable operation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and continuous improvement of Probe equipment. This role supports manufacturing excellence by maintaining equipment stability, resolving issues quickly, and driving data-driven improvements during shift operations. In the role of Shift Technologist, you will work alongside engineers, production, and process partners to identify equipment issues, carry out root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions that safeguard yield, quality, and cycle time. You will contribute to smart manufacturing projects by bringing to bear data, automation, and emerging digital or AI-enabled technologies to improve equipment health monitoring and operational efficiency.
