Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique recrute 5 Techniciens pour des rôles permanents en QA et Maintenance. Dans cette fonction, vous serez responsable des inspections de qualité, de la maintenance des équipements et du soutien aux autres départements. Les candidats doivent avoir un certificat NITEC/NTC en technologie électrique ou mécanique et posséder des compétences informatiques. Des transports sont fournis et le travail se fait du lundi au vendredi.

Qualifications

• Certification en technologie électrique/mécanique est requis.
• Compétences informatiques (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Expérience pertinente en QA et maintenance des machines.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer une inspection QC des entrées et tests tout en maintenant des dossiers.
• Effectuer la maintenance préventive pour tous les équipements de production.
• Assister l'ingénieur QA dans l'évaluation de la qualité.

Contract and Permanent Full Time roles available

Areas/Function: Maintenance and QA

Location: West with transport provided

5 days work week (Mondays to Fridays) only

About the role (QA Technician):

• Perform incoming QC inspection / testing and maintain record.
• Maintain vendor certificates such as checklist, test data, mill certificates, etc.
• File and maintain of drawing and Incoming QC documents.
• Maintenance and calibration of instrument / equipment.
• Assist QA Engineer in quality evaluation.
• Provide quality information & data to support QA Engineer in decision making.
• Provide service to other departments in terms of assistance relating to special measurements and test of components and products when delegated by QA Engineer.
• Perform other assignments as and when required by QA Team

About the Role (Maintenance Technician):

• Maintaining of all production equipment and plant facilities
• Maintain preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and plant facilities
• To follow up with requests, from all other department within the organization, for minor repairs
• Daily start-up of production and facilities machines
• Upkeep of Facilities Services & Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance and TPM

Requirements:

• NITEC / NTC certificate, preferably in Electrical/Mechanical Technology
• Possess computer skills, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Relevant experience in QA & Machinery & Equipment Repair and Maintenance from manufacturing environment
