Job description

• Responsible for maintenance and repair services of mechanical and electrical manufacturing systems.
• Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
• Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Monitors, repairs and maintains production equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Provides mechanical and/ or electrical repair.
• Responsible for repair, preventative maintenance, data management, project support, control support and ISO audits support.
• Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.
• Studies equipment performance and reliability.
• Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
• Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.
• Responsible for equipment maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of plant equipment, in comply with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.
• Perform either 12-hours rotating shift.
• Support operation (day/ night shift) if needed.
• Responsible for support the equipment qualification such as walkdown, punch list, commissioning, IQ/ OQ/ PQ on any new project.
• Responsible for execution of work order and record job performed via MAXIMO system.
• Assist in writing Job Aids and support Engineer in SOP writing, CCA or ER investigation.
• Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.
• Lead and take part in continuous improvement efforts/ projects or JDI.
