Job Title: Technician (ID1578)

Location:

Pioneer, transport pick-up island-wide in Singapore and JB Bukit Indah

Working Hours:

4-3-3-4 days, 12-hour shifts (Day & Night)

Salary:

$2200 - $3000

Job Description

1. Operate machines and processes to ensure continuous operation of the production line, including regular input of raw materials into the fully automated line.
2. Monitor and operate machines to meet quality and quantity standards, perform troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime.
3. Perform target changes, head calibration, and ensure procedures are followed; submit written reports for major issues.
4. Take samples, perform measurements, and record control charts/checklists; carry out machine conditioning if irregular trends or out-of-spec measurements are observed.
5. Conduct 5S practices and regular machine cleaning to maintain high cleanliness standards.
6. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the production supervisor.
