Job description

• Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of terminals.
• Attend to breakdowns or error reports on-site and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for parts replacement or technical escalations.
• Conduct system and software updates when necessary.
• Ensure all terminals are operational and in optimal condition.
• Maintain accurate service logs and report completed tasks to supervisors.
• Follow safety and operational guidelines while working on-site.
