We are hiring: Technician, Test in GES, Marsiling.

Responsibilities:

• Support setup and operation of various machines, monitor output.
• Learn manufacturing processes thoroughly, perform testing and troubleshooting, and assist technical operators when needed.
• Monitor product quality, identify deviations, and take corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with quality systems and regulations.
• Perform regular inspection and cleaning of equipment.
• Exhibit composure in stressful situations and take appropriate actions.
• Lead technical operators on the production line.
• Support engineers during on-the-job training of technical operators.
• Focus on customer needs and uphold integrity and trust in performance.
• Assist in inventory counting and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NTC2/3 in Electronics or Mechanical.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing medical devices or electronic products.
• Proficient with hand tools.
• Understanding of production costs, waste management, downtime, rejects, and rework.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repair is advantageous.
• Able to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
