Responsibilities:
Handle electrical circuit and connections for lighting, power, telephones, TV, sound, CCTV and fire alarm system.
Replace fused bulbs, fluorescent tubes and repair of kitchen, laundry and other operating equipment.
Repair and maintain sewage piping system, water heaters, water outlets and valves.
Repair and re-paint any damages on wall paper, painted and polished surfaces of walls, ceiling, furniture, doors, etc.
Attend to preventive maintenance schedule.
Keep all tools, machines and equipment in good working conditions.
Attend to Residents’ requests promptly.
Record daily assignments and timely reporting of incidents.
Overall air-con maintenance work (e.g. top up gas and etc.)
Additional Notes:
6-day work week (8-hour shift including 1 hour break)
Willing to work on rotating shift, PH and weekends
Relevant experience in building servicing and maintenance, preferably in hotel or serviced apartment environment
Service-oriented
Team player and able to work independently
Immediate availability preferred
Additional responsibilities for Technical Supervisor position
Supervises and controls the handling of spare parts and maintains adequate stock of supplies, relevant to the maintenance requirements and to ensure that these parts are stored systematically and to ensure the security of these items.
Co-ordinates and liaise with the contractors on defective or damage equipment and ensures contractual compliance.
