Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to reported gas incidents and gas supply abnormalities such as gas fires, poor gas supply pressure, suspected gas leaks, etc.
- Perform site investigations and rectification work, coordinating with relevant authorities (e.g. SPPG, SCDF, HDB, EMA) and other external agencies and submission of reports.
- Respond to customer service requests including installing/ replacing/ troubleshooting gas appliances, servicing of gas stoves, conducting soundness tests on gas installations, etc.
- Handle customers’ enquiries/ feedback and manage service recoveries.
- Manage the collection, issuance and return of meter, prepare and process billing and submit monthly report.
- Prepare gas incident reports.
- Maintain the housekeeping of company vehicle.
work scheme: 4 days per week
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec or Nitec in Mechanical or any Engineering discipline.
- Relevant work experience and technical knowledge in gas, plumbing, sanitary, or electrical systems will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in contract management and customer service.
- Possess a driving license (class 3).
