Technician Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements:

• Act as a mentor to team members.
• Coordinate technical training for the team.
• Ensure safety and security standards are followed.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
• Provide on-the-job training to enhance capabilities of team members.
• Any other task as assigned by immediate management.

• Technical qualification with a polytechnic diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent awarded by BCA Academy, Nanyang Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic or such other diplomas or qualifications as approved by BCA.
• Proactive attitude.

• Location: Mandai (can work from home)
• Working hours: 5 days a week
