A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Technician Executive to oversee and execute technical support and maintenance tasks. Job Summary:
The Technician Executive is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing technical support and maintenance tasks. This role ensures all equipment, systems, and facilities operate efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The Technician Executive acts as a bridge between technical staff and management, ensuring timely execution of projects and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
3. Coordinate and monitor maintenance schedules and work orders.
4. Supervise junior technicians or contractors when necessary.
5. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
6. Maintain accurate records of service logs, repairs, and parts inventory.
7. Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
8. Liaise with vendors or suppliers for parts, tools, and technical support.
9. Propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.
10. Support cross-functional teams for technical planning or special projects.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technical Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a technician or maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or relevant technical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, maintenance software).
