Job description

Responsibilities:

• Perform repair processes by applying current and approved technical data and job instructions.
• Set up, operate, and maintain EBW, TIG, VFS, Chemical Cleaning Line, and Hot Press equipment using approved SOPs.
• Perform burnout cycles for VFS as per schedule; coordinate with Maintenance to remove and clean chemical tanks.
• Conduct daily 5S practices and machine preventive maintenance using approved checklists.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting; resolve technical issues during daily operations.
• Maintain tooling and fixtures for EBW, TIG, VFS, Hot Press, and Chemical Cleaning; report worn-out tooling to OM.
• Participate in audits, inspections, new product development, and CI programs as required.
• Comply with EHS, Quality, Code of Ethics, and company policies.
• Train others and upgrade personal skills continually.
• Assist Operations Leaders in daily operations to meet company goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills Requirements:

• Operate lifting equipment, EBW, TIG, Vacuum Furnace, Hot Press, and Chemical Cleaning Line.
• Handle measurement instruments and perform dimensional and geometric measurements.
• Use hand tools and operate blending machines and other operational equipment.
• Understand Basic Human Factors and Error Management.
• Be self-disciplined, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team.
• Apply safety, health, 5S, and basic CI practices.

Qualifications:

• NITEC in Precision Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Experience in TIG and/or EB Welding, Heat Treatment, Chemical Cleaning, preferably in MRO environment.

Work Conditions:

• Overtime may be required.
• Standing for long periods.
• Dexterity to operate machinery and lift heavy parts.
