Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Technician to support building maintenance in a busy shopping mall environment.

You'll perform routine inspections, troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing faults, and coordinate with contractors while keeping accurate maintenance records and adhering to safety procedures. Experience in malls or commercial buildings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in building maintenance or facilities servicing.
• Able to troubleshoot faults and use tools safely.
• Responsible, proactive and comfortable working with colleagues and contractors.
• Experience in shopping malls, commercial buildings or hospitality properties would be an advantage.
