Lendlease Singapore is currently seeking an experienced Technician to join our team. The technician will collaborate with an experienced team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our new commercial building, Paya Lebar Green.

The responsibilities of the Technician include, but are not limited to:

  • Carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, and inspection of building mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant, and equipment in accordance with relevant statutory standards and operational procedures.
  • Delivering maintenance services outlined in management plans and maintaining records as appropriate to contribute to the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors.
  • Carrying out installation works involved in minor upgrading and adaptation works to ensure ongoing maintenance and upkeep of premises; attributes: may have a relevant vocational/trade qualification, combined with some experience in a related discipline.
  • Having experience in an operations support or building maintenance role, knowledge of the property management industry, and relevant legislation related to facilities operating environments (including Occupational Health and Safety regulations). Knowledge and understanding of the operational procedures and safe working practices of major items of plant and systems.

To be successful in this role, it is desirable but not essential to have:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively communicate and implement company policies and practices.
  • Competencies including: Customer Focus, Planning & Organising, Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking, Verbal and Written Communications.
