Lendlease is currently seeking experienced Technicians and Senior Technicians for Parkway Parade. The roles report to the Building Manager and Supervisor and involve performing general maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building facilities and equipment. Manage all M&E service contractors to ensure safe and smooth operation of the centre without disruptions.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide frontline engineering support for M&E systems
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of M&E systems and equipment as scheduled
  • Maintain and repair all M&E related equipment, tools, and materials to ensure good working condition
  • Conduct site inspections and data logging for critical M&E systems
  • Perform troubleshooting and rectification of M&E issues
  • Ensure all works adhere to safety standards and house rules
  • Report and document all maintenance, repair, and service activities
  • Attend to tenant complaints related to M&E services
  • Maintain the premises and building facilities at high standards
  • Manage and supervise contractors and service providers
  • Participate in fire safety exercises and adhere to guidelines
  • Coordinate tenancy fitting-out work
  • Assist in coordinating projects, promotional events, and setups
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications and experience:

  • NTC3 or NITEC in Building Services, Facility Technology, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in maintaining commercial shopping or office complexes in building services, mechanical, and electrical engineering
  • Familiarity with local codes of practice and regulations

Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Working hours: 40 hours/week.
