Primary Duties

  • Perform preventive and correctivemaintenance works according toquality standards and procedures.
  • Conduct technical investigations inresponse to fault calls.
  • Provide summary reports onpreventive and correctivemaintenance works.
  • Comply with regulatory andorganisational Workplace Safety andHealth (WSH) policies
  • Report accidents, near misses andincidents in accordance with WSH reporting practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality andEnvironmental Management System (QEMS) standardsand practices
  • EnvironmentalSustainability regulatory andorganisational requirements.
  • Engage in continuous improvementinitiatives to improve time, cost and quality management.
  • Support the use of the latest smartfacilities management trends or technologies.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • General competency in the use of computers; and
  • Capable in English writing and reporting

Education/Experience

  • Higher Nitec or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent;
  • Min 2-3 years of related experience
