Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventive maintenance of properties and attend to all work orders issued by tenants and management

  • Identify and oversee defects rectification (including MEP and Zero defects rectification), upgrading and project works

  • Assists other technicians on unit work in the event of them being on leave

  • Assist Engineering Manager on Utility Control Management (UCM) initiatives

  • Liaise with contractors on necessary works and get quotation for works

  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations

  • Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot building systems

  • Perform daily equipment checklist

  • Standby / Overtime / Shift work duties when required

  • To perform other duties as and when assigned

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of related building maintenance experience

  • Skilled in Fire Protection System, Building Works, M&E, Air-Con and/or Electrical

  • 5.5 days work-week (Office hours)

  • Independent, proactive and responsible team player

  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and communicate with tenants and management
