A leading company in property management seeks a skilled technician for building maintenance. The role involves preventive maintenance, defect rectification, and collaborating with management. Job Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive maintenance of properties and attend to all work orders issued by tenants and management
Identify and oversee defects rectification (including MEP and Zero defects rectification), upgrading and project works
Assists other technicians on unit work in the event of them being on leave
Assist Engineering Manager on Utility Control Management (UCM) initiatives
Liaise with contractors on necessary works and get quotation for works
Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot building systems
Perform daily equipment checklist
Standby / Overtime / Shift work duties when required
To perform other duties as and when assigned
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of related building maintenance experience
Skilled in Fire Protection System, Building Works, M&E, Air-Con and/or Electrical
5.5 days work-week (Office hours)
Independent, proactive and responsible team player
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and communicate with tenants and management
