You will be responsible for performing electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and maintaining machines. This position offers a 12-month renewable contract with day and noon shifts available.

Job description

Our Client is a leader in the Semiconductor Industry. They are currently hiring multiple Manufacturing Technician officers to support their daily operations.

This position requires the individual to perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, repair & maintenance, and testing of pneumatic systems/machines.

12-Month contract (Renewable and convertible)

Location: Upper Changi

Shift Schedule:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Noon Shift: 4:00 pm - 1:30 am ($25 per shift)

Job Duties:

  1. Utilize routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, and instructions to build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
  2. Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs, and identify and correct errors.
  3. Observe all safety standards, maintain a safe and clean work environment, attend safety training, and follow safety policies. Report accidents or hazards promptly. Use protective equipment and follow operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
  4. Use test fixtures, measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components. Enter data into the computer system. May perform programming, repairs, or software installations.
  5. Ensure parts are available, inspect parts for defects, troubleshoot, and improve processes involved in testing and repairs.
